Look into doing a gallbladder cleanse. It’s rough but really dumps out the stones in your gallbladder. After which, you start eating cooked or raw greens. Many things to do for the gallbladder. One of the best is to get A-F beta food capsules from the standard process; and take 4-8 capsules before meals, on an empty stomach. Also Chanca piedra tincture before meals, on an empty stomach, will soften and help dissolve stones. But it takes a while (a few months). In addition to these, you want to drink pure apple juice and eat an apple, etc. to help soften stones. A teaspoon of good quality olive oil 3 times a day is also good, with apple cider vinegar and/or freshly squeezed grapefruit or lemon juice. To support the stomach you can take digestive enzymes like gallbladder enzymes or pancreatic enzymes with meals. Turmeric also helps the gallbladder do its job. Be sure to avoid acidic foods and drinks and fried foods!
