We would suggest the following vitamins and supplements:

Gingko Biloba: Gets the blood circulation moving and issues blood to all the extremities of the body, including the brain.

Omega fatty acids: For heart and brain health.

Hemp: For hearth and brain health and packed with your omegas and proteins.

Vitamin B12: Linked to energy levels and memory loss. Injections or Supplements. Food sources: fish, poultry, fortified breakfasts.

Vitamin E diet: Nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, spinach, broccoli.

Essential Oils

We would suggest the following:

  • Peppermint Essential Oil

Cloth/tissue – Place 1 or 2 drops of Essential Oil of Peppermint onto a cloth/tissue. Inhale. Repeat throughout the day as necessary.

Diffuser – Add 5 drops into a diffuser.

** Peppermint – Safe for inhalation all around. As for application – Avoid use during pregnancy/lactating, or if on homoeopathic remedies. Avoid use in children under 5. Use low doses, it’s a very cooling oil and strong. May irritate the skin. It is a stimulant, so do not apply before bed. It’s a very strong oil, so no more than a few drops to be used, adjust your blend to suit your skin **
