Vit B12: Helps relax tense muscles, coat the nerve endings – protecting them from damage, aids in cellular repair and healing and enhances your immune system. It will help lessen the effects of dystonia and help you walk, write, speak and swallow. *Injection form *Supplement form *Food sources: sardines, lamb, turkey, corned beef, and eggs, ready to eat cereals, ground beef and hard cheese.

Vit D: Helps with nerve communication, boosts the immune system, relaxes tense muscles and carries blood and oxygen to your nerves and muscles. Good for muscles spasms, pain and discomfort.
