Red clover: thought to contain oestrogen like compounds and protect bone.  Be cautious when using it and consult a professional if using medication.

Horsetail:  The silicon in Horsetail helps with bone loss and stimulating bone regeneration.  It can be taken in the form of a tincture, a tea or as a compress externally.  It is not to be used with nicotine patches, alcohol and diuretics.  Staying hydrated when using it is important.

Melatonin: A hormone made by our pineal gland.  A natural sleep aid and anti-inflammatory agent.  Promotes healthy bone cell growth. Comes in capsule, tablet or liquid form.  Can cause drowsiness and interact with antidepressants, BP medications and beta-blockers.

Collagen: Promotes cells, tissues and organ repair.
