Peppermint foot rub: Get 20ml of either a base cream or sweet almond oil. Add 10 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to the base. Mix it up. Take a small dab and do a test patch on the inner arm of the skin. Leave for 24 hours. If ok, take a dollop and apply it to the feet and ankles.
